What you'll learn

Two Required Adventure Dives

✓Deep Dive: descending below Open Water limits (18-30m/60-100ft), no-decompression dive planning, air consumption at depth, and recognizing nitrogen narcosis
✓Underwater Navigation Dive: using kick-cycles, landmarks and timed swims to navigate and find your way back to the start point
